Yes, ElectionsMeter is live system, being persistently and continuously updated. Every second ElectionsMeter recognizes votes. Every day new polls are entered. Every day an old polls get updated. The system is being continuously improved and every day ElectionsMeter gets better. Continuously since 2008.
The project however suffers a bit from its limited resources. We know we might get far better if we had enough supporters at every country.
We trust that being independent is seriously necessary when one has on his target public elections (reliable monitoring of public opinion). So we do but the other side of independence brings limited resources.
